Andy Summers Photography: A Series of Glances

Apr 5 - Jul 7
Details:

Andy Summers was born in 1942 in Blackpool, United Kingdom. A multi-talented individual, he has dedicated his passion not only to music but also to photography, maintaining a prominent presence in both fields for over 40 years. After starting as a beach photographer in his teens, he resumed photography during a tour with the rock band "The Police" in 1979, capturing the enthusiastic energy of audiences, the pulse of cities during tours, and the landscapes encountered during nocturnal walks. His photographs quickly gained recognition as exceptional visual expressions, comparable to, if not surpassing, his musical accomplishments.

This exhibition will showcase works captured by Summers in various locations, from the streets of Peru to Tokyo. Visitors can enjoy monochrome photographs depicted in a surreal manner with his distinctive sharp perspective and minimalist compositions.
