Hi there! I'm Rusana, a Senior UX Researcher by profession and a people's person by nature. With 5 years of experience in startups and corporations, my strongest skill is transforming complex data into simple, yet precise insights. Using Qualitative, Quantitative, and Mixed-Method UX research, as well as Market Research, I've led 60+ projects across 4 international markets (USA, EEA, LATAM, and APAC), helping startups and corporations launch new products, explore new markets, and iterate on existing features. I am also a Research Ops Specialist, having independently managed recruitment, scheduling, and repository management for every project.
