As a Lead UX Designer at BORN Group, a leading digital agency that specializes in e-commerce solutions. I design engaging and effective Salesforce buy flow experiences for customer representatives to achieve maximum sales potential and ROI, using user research, rapid prototyping, and user-centered design methods. I collaborate with cross-functional teams from AT&T, Salesforce, and Deloitte to deliver consistent and high-quality design solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the stakeholders. I also leverage my skills in web page, digital/multimedia, and information resources design to create mockups and presentations in Figma and PowerPoint. My mission is to design something truly enjoyable for the end-users and help BORN Group lead the digital transformation in e-commerce.
