The advent of AI has brought about a great deal of change in the last year for all companies.
From a product perspective, many companies may have a near blank slate on their product roadmaps. Startups have attacked the business domains of traditional companies, and the power structure of the industry has changed dramatically.
In such an environment, the evaluation criteria for PdM are also about to change. In this session, we will consider the image of PdM required in this new era, and discuss the three MUSTs necessary for product management in the future.
