Title: How and why to use SERP data for more than just SEO
💡Description:
SEO teams have been, for years, the primary consumers of SERP data, but only in an overly narrow sense of tracking rankings.
Companies lose out on market-level opportunities simply through the myopia of filtering analysis of this rich data set through the lens of "make me rank on Google." This is unfortunate because the SERPs are the most valuable predictor of user behavior before the click to a website even happens, for the largest traffic source on the internet.
Ray will discuss how and why all growth teams (product, marketing, advertising, and executive) need to go beyond the traditional view of simple rank-tracking and leverage the priceless insights that can be gained from this data.
About the Speaker
Ray Grieselhuber is the Founder and CEO of DemandSphere, a global analytics platform built for eCommerce & programmatic SEO teams.
He comes from an engineering, data science, and machine learning background, with over 17 years of experience in enterprise and technical SEO.
Ray also co-founded Functionize, an AI-powered testing automation platform, in 2015.
