Tonko House is an animation studio founded by Daisuke Tsutsumi and Robert Kondo, former art directors at Pixar.

Their first film, "The Dam Keeper," was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film at the 2015 Academy Awards and won 25 other awards at film festivals around the world. Since then, Tonko House's animated films have been highly acclaimed and loved by many fans for their "beautiful depiction of nature," "color and light" visual beauty, and inspiring stories.

Their latest Netflix series “Oni" won two Annie Awards, the Oscars of the animation world, for Best Picture (Limited Series - TV/Media) and Best Production Design (TV/Media). The exhibition will introduce the production process of the studio's animation films.

This exhibition introduces the production process and explores the appeal of the works produced by Tonko House.
