Robert Stillwagon
Robert is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in driving customer-centric solutions at some of the world's most well known companies.

At Netflix, he led the end-to-end Customer Service digital experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to enhance the customer journey across all streaming platforms. His work focused on solving core customer problems and improving the overall member experience.

Before Netflix, Robert spent nearly six years at American Express, where he spearheaded product initiatives that optimized user engagement and streamlined digital servicing processes. As a Senior Product Manager, he led teams to simplify user flows and build personalized customer service solutions.

With a background in usability testing, data analysis, and customer experience design, Robert excels at building scalable solutions that enhance user journeys and adapt to evolving consumer needs. He specializes in leveraging research insights to shape experimentation strategies and drive product innovation.
