UI/UX Designer – Zeals

 

Job Description

We are a startup that growing rapidly and we are trying to jump out from the existing frame and develop the new business sector. We are supported by few hundreds or companies and grown dramatically in last 2 years. Right now, the world is under a serious situation created by COVID-19, while the needs of real shops and shop assistance are reducing, we think it’s a good chance for us to develop a new business need. We are using our existing product to provide new values to the customers by building more humalized using AI jumps to the top priority. We are one of the top chatbot commerce that have millions of users. So, we are looking for new members who willing to restructure our existing monolithic application and convert it to microservices.

Responsibility

Understand the strategy and purpose, design the optimal UX for users such as user research, information architecture, wire framing, prototyping, and UX writing, and create UI and visuals.
Ensuring design quality and improving speed
EX, Construction of design system / Arrangement of Assets in Figma
Construction / systemization of workflow for collaboration by multiple people
Leading UI / UX improvements
Conduct hearings with internal users / end users to improve UX
Design creatives or logos for in-house events or projects

Qualifications

Business level of English skill to communicate with engineers
Business level of Japanese skill to communicate with communication designers, who are the members in Zeals and use our product
To catch up the trend of UI design and make good use of it
The skill of describing end users’ stories and putting them into UX design
To be able to use following design tools: photoshops, figma, illustrator
Desirable:
Experience or knowledge of management for development related projects
Experience or knowledge of people management or experience of launching a designer team
To be able to use following design tools: Sketch, Xd
Knowledgeable about HTML, CSS, JavaScript
