Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
  • Project management for all store development related projects

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process of the store with understanding the Global & APAC guideline, local regulation, and business requirements
  • Manage communications with cross-function stakeholders: Global/APAC consumer experience team, marketing team, retail buying team, retail sales team, retail operation team, finance team, NTP team, retail construction team. Collect and share all the information which effect layout design and construction (MD Plan, Bubble Plan, Capacity, store operation requirements, etc.). Ensure projects can be delivered within business expectation, timeline, and budget
  • Understand the VM guideline, fixture ordering process and validate the fixture / VM tool order
  • Work with designed agencies and vendors to manage design and fixture procurement process
  • Manage small renovation project based on the request
  • Manage BPM documentation and project capex

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • More than 3 years of functional experiences
  • Experience in retail design and construction role is preferred
  • Knowledge of retail operation, retail merchandising, retail sales, retail marketing and store construction is required
  • Strong multi-tasker with planning skills, organization skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills and solution oriented
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

Requisite Education and Experience
  • University degree or equivalent experiences
  • English: Business level
  • Japanese: Fluent
