Job Description

At amptalk, we employ a compound strategy to develop multiple products aimed at achieving Sales Enablement. As a Junior Software Engineer, you will work with the development teams for these products, receiving guidance from senior engineers while helping to deliver high-quality products with agility and efficiency. By developing new features, improving existing ones, and maintaining products, you will gain the skills needed to drive product success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance product features based on business requirements
• Contribute to code quality and technical issue resolution through code reviews and pair programming
• Investigate and address bugs or performance issues in the operational phase, ensuring stable product performance
• Participate in an agile development cycle, learning team processes and best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation as needed, contributing to shared knowledge within the team

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands on experience in both backend and frontend development.
• Basic understanding of web application structures (frontend, backend, database, etc.)
• Experience using version control tools (e.g., Git) in a team setting
• A proactive attitude to learning and continuous improvement
• Willingness to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Proficiency in English at a business level

Preferred Experiences

• Basic knowledge of development and operations in cloud environments such as AWS
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated testing, or CI/CD
• Interest in software design best practices (SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, etc.)
• A portfolio or project experience (personal or team-based) demonstrating your development skills
• Openness to code reviews and pair programming, with a desire to collaborate effectively

About the Company

amptalk is a sales enablement tool that automatically captures recorded sales calls on Zoom, transcribes the conversation, and analyzes the content.

Work Hours

• Hybrid Work (Office days: Wednesday, Friday)
• Flextime System (No Core hours)
• Full Two-Day Weekend (Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, year-end, and New Year holidays)

Probation Period

• 6 months
