Job Description

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing strategies. You will be at the heart of measuring, executing, and optimizing our marketing campaigns across various channels to fuel the company's growth.


  • Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase byFood's user base and enhance user engagement and retention.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Manage and optimize various marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, to achieve growth targets.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests and other experiments to improve funnel efficiency and user experience.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and enhance the overall user experience.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in the tech or food and beverage industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Proficiency in managing SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media platforms, and paid advertising.
  • Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for food and an understanding of the food and beverage industry's trends and challenges.
