Team Introduction
The main mission of the marketing team is to support the Enterprise Software team with design and production needs. will be responsible for the production of marketing materials to support the needs of Lark sales, brand, enablement, product, and regional teams, will also provide input on the general design strategy to enhance the Lark brand and content.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the team through the production of content including websites, landing pages, prints, slides, videos, demos, email templates, blog visuals, graphics, gifs, infographics guides, corporate swags, event materials and others
- Work with the marketing manager(s) and external agencies on aligning global brand guidelines and templates. Propose optimal designs for the Japanese market
- Take abstract messaging concepts and turn them into impactful, inspirational visuals Work with product marketing and regional teams to identify and propose optimal design
- Quality control of all the Lark marketing productions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional design experience on corporate websites, digital marketing campaigns and brands
- Expert skills and extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
- Experience in creative work with a rich portfolio including print, digital, and web/mobile design
- Hands on expertise in developing creative solutions and the ability to effectively communicate design thinking and evolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Skills in 3D assets and graphics creation, video editing are a plus
- Skills in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHPare a plus
- Programming skills are plus
