Responsibilities

  • Vigilant to telecom projects under his span for any challenges & remove impediment
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
  • Timesheet tracking, customer approval and invoicing
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Team management and own all deliverables of team members
  • Work as Scrum Master if the need arises
  • Aware of Agile methodology and various processes in Agile
  • Lead all customer discussions in Japanese and work as interface between clients in Japan and team in India and Japan

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • At least Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in Telecom (4G, 5G) in design, deployment & testing area
  • Experience in handling development, testing and maintenance projects
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid understanding of financial management
  • Business Level Communication – English & Japanese

Preferred Requirement

  • Telecommunication, PMP/Prince2/Certified Scrum Master
