Responsibilities
- Vigilant to telecom projects under his span for any challenges & remove impediment
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
- Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Timesheet tracking, customer approval and invoicing
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Team management and own all deliverables of team members
- Work as Scrum Master if the need arises
- Aware of Agile methodology and various processes in Agile
- Lead all customer discussions in Japanese and work as interface between clients in Japan and team in India and Japan
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Telecom (4G, 5G) in design, deployment & testing area
- Experience in handling development, testing and maintenance projects
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of financial management
- Business Level Communication – English & Japanese
Preferred Requirement
- Telecommunication, PMP/Prince2/Certified Scrum Master
