- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and concept validation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Metrics and Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on features based on data-driven insights.
- Customer Focus: Champion the customer voice within the organization, advocating for user-centered design and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of products on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, including executives and investors.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer-facing tech companies.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering consumer products that have achieved market success.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to champion the customer's perspective.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
