Cogent Labs is looking for an experienced and passionate Project Manager to help us deliver the next wave of cutting edge AI technologies.

Responsibilities
- Prioritize and assign scheduled work to members of the Product Engineering Department.
- Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports for projects across R&D.
- Collaborate on updating, maintaining and prioritizing items on the product roadmap in-line with the business objectives of Cogent Labs.
- Act as the point of contact for the schedule and progress for responsible projects in the R&D department and any cross departmental initiatives.
- Proactively communicate with relevant project stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of projects.
- Drive projects to completion by identifying gaps in delivery and working with management to fill them.
Qualifications
Required skills
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross team collaboration
- Experience leading technical projects and working with engineering teams to understand progress, impediments, and trade offs that can be made
- Experience with project management tooling such as Jira, Asana, etc
- Passion for software products and product development
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience working with SaaS in the B2B space
- Product management experience
- AI technology knowledge and experience
- Japanese language ability
