Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
- Develop given module / work package / complete work package;
- Develop components of work package / complete work package as per the client or project requirements for all the assigned deliverables;
- Modify complex systems or develop new sub- systems and supervise work executed by team of Jr Developers and members from various solutions areas as required;
- WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF delivering high quality project deliverables WITHIN THE LIMITS OF delivery timelines, security and performance guidelines.

Competencies
- Technical experience in .Net, C+,VB, Hibernate, iBatis, Web Services(REST & SOAP)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Database Technologies (Like Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL server)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Web API development , React JS
- Good knowledge and experience in application server
- Assertive communication
- Should possess good Insurance domain knowledge
- Should be able to quickly analyze the applications and arrive at the estimates
- Should be hands-on technically and drive the team with technical expertise
- Should be able to lead the team of 10 and monitor closely and deliver the tasks on-time as individual and team
- Should be able to provide technical solutions for the problems
- Build innovative tool/solution to complete the project with less time to market
Requirements
- Net, C+,VB, Hibernate, iBatis, Web Services(REST & SOAP)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Database Technologies (Like Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL server), iWeb API development , React JS
- Bilingual is mandatory( Business Japanese- Writing, Reading and Speaking) Above N3
