Purpose of Job
- Test Lead and onsite coordinator for new product implementation
- Excellent communication in Japanese/English
- Stakeholder management and client expectation management
Responsibilities
- Develop test plans for System testing and system integration testing.
- Participate in requirement walkthrough and raise clarifications.
- Coordinate with Offshore on functional knowledge clarification.
- Identify testing scenarios.
- Coordinate with Client PM to drive QA process and testing transformation
- Participate in defect triage and track defects to closure
- Maintain testing artifacts in Jira using test management plugin
- Identify areas for test automation and development implementation plan along with offshore.
- Prepare daily test execution report
- Participate in project meetings
Qualifications
- Strong Expertise in testing methodologies and Agile framework
- Experience in Web base application testing and mainframe application testing.
- Experience in API testing
- Experience in Jira for test management.
- Fluent in both Japanese (N2 or above) and English
- Experience in Onsite, Offshore coordination role
- Years of experience: 10+ years of experience
