Job Description
As a Backend Engineerfor our Sales Engineering team, you will work closely with our engineering and sales teams to provide innovative cyber-threat security solutions that enhance the way our customers conduct business. Individual needed who has the skills in fostering long-term relationships with customers and partners. The individual will work as an equal partner with our sales team in matching up enterprise customers with Cybereason cyber security solutions. If you are comfortable having technical discussions with engineers and strategic business conversations with a CIO, this may be your ideal opportunity.
Responsibilities
- We define the staff who technicaly support Sales Engineers (members who meet customers/partners on a daily basis and create numbers) as Backend Engineers.
- We will continue to enhance our methods in order to lead the customer's Technical Validation Event to success and increase the order rate.
- We aim to improve the overall level of CR by actively communicating with key members scattered around the world and sharing/obtaining information.
Qualifications
- A backend engineer has a set of skills required to do their job effectively.
- Software Understand the structure construction her application has. Proficient in writing server scripts and APIs.
- Nice to have skills with PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Product tests to improve SE's product proficiency.
- Collaborate and work closely with product/Service and develop teams.
- Fluency in Japanese
