Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications and services for our business systems of our Transport sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Customize and configure existing software applications to meet specific business needs
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance development processes and technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner
- Document technical specifications, system architecture, and deployment procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 4-8 years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)
- Skills required: Linux, Java/JSP, JDK, Oracle, RPA(UI Path), Power BI
- Strong database techniques, including complex SQLs, experience with database design and MDM Solutions
- Experience with business systems configurations or customization
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks
- Solid understanding of Agile and other SDLC methodologies
- Proactive learner, continuously seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills to enhance problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Logistics background or experience in the logistics industry is a plus
- Native Level of Japanese language skills
