- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand creative.
- Ensure all content resonates with Japanese audiences while maintaining brand consistency across markets.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Own and manage Topps Japan’s presence across key social media platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, Instagram, LINE, YouTube).
- Foster and grow a vibrant online community of collectors and fans.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and fan sentiment to inform content and community strategies.
Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to launch promotional campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Work with influencers and creators to amplify brand storytelling.
- Track and analyze content performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies based on insights.
Localization & Market Relevance
- Adapt global campaigns and assets to the Japanese market with cultural relevance and nuance.
- Lead Japanese-language content creation and quality control, ensuring authenticity and clarity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or brand communications.
- Strong understanding of Japanese consumer behavior, especially in collectibles, sports, or entertainment.
- Experience creating content across formats – video, social, copywriting, and campaign development.
- Deep knowledge of Japan’s digital platforms (LINE, YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, or collector culture is a big plus.
