Job Description

We are looking for a mobile developer who can:

• Develop a mobile application from scratch using Kotlin.
• Collaborate directly with the core development team.
• Develop new features and maintain existing solutions for our web platform.
• Review current codebase, suggesting and implementing improvements and refactoring where necessary.

Experience (junior, mid-level, etc.): Mid to senior, 5+ years experience

Monthly salary: 100,000 - 300,000 JPY 

Responsibilities

• Researching, designing, and managing software programs.
• Testing and evaluating new programs.
• Modifying software to fix errors, and improve its performance.
• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics.
• Directing software programming and documentation development.
• Writing and implementing code.
• Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.
• Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Kotlin is essential.
• Solid experience with Firebase (Firestore, Cloud function).
• Familiarity with Next.js styled components and React.js.
• Strong team collaboration skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an agile mindset.
• A minimum of 5 years of developer experience.
