Responsibilities
- Contribute to Global Content Management strategy definition and activation plan
- Execute defined strategy and monitor activation plan performance, recommend
corrective measures if needed - Create, together with the team, global Content Plans and Social Media/Influencers/CRM/SEO/SEM Campaigns in line with Digital Strategy
- Develop engaging Digital Content across Digital channels incl. Social Media, Websites, eCommerce, etc
- Proactively engage with local markets to ensure excellent knowledge of countries’ Digital Content needs, trends and competitors’ activities, steer implementation in countries and facilitate best practices sharing among markets
- Collaboration/Communication with Marketing teams, IT teams, Country teams
- Support other Digital related projects
- Support Digital Acceleration via digital upskilling seminars for APAC region
Qualifications
- Over 2 years of successful Digital Marketing position
- Good knowledge of major Digital platforms such as Google Analytics/Ads, Content Management systems, and CRM as well as ability to quickly adapt to new tools
- Fluent in English, incl. excellent writing skills
- Very good project steering skills to efficiently drive projects with multiple external and
internal stakeholders (including IT teams) - Great collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
- High interest in Digital Marketing trends and evolution
- Fluent in Japanese
