理想的な候補者は、チーム環境で成功する熟練したクリエイティブ プロフェッショナルです。製品ツール、ウェブサイト、ランディング ページの外観、レイアウト、機能を作成します。

ホスピタリティ業界、旅行代理店、または関連分野のいずれかでの経験がある候補者が優先されます。

責任

事業拡大に伴う本社のWebデザイナーとして、以下の業務をお任せします:

• コーポレートサイトのデザイン
• グループホテル・旅館のホームページの制作・編集・デザイン
• 直感的で魅力的でブランドに一貫した Web エクスペリエンスを概念化して作成する
• サイトのユーザー エクスペリエンスを継続的に改善および最適化する
• バナー作成 画像加工
• コンセプトの開発とデザインの構想において部門を超えて協力し、創造的な戦略の定義を支援する
• Web デザインにおける SEO、SEM アプリケーション
• その他デジタルマーケティングに関する業務

資格

• ウェブデザインの学士号または同等の経験
• Photoshop およびその他のグラフィック ツール (Illustrator、Image Ready など) に習熟していること
• HTML、CSS、JQuery の深い理解
• UX/UI（ユーザーエクスペリエンス/ユーザーインターフェース）デザインの理解
• Google アナリティクスまたはその他の分析ツール / ソフトウェアの使用経験が望ましい
• コンテンツ管理システム (CMS) の使用に関する知識

*注: ネイティブレベルの日本語能力が必須です。英語力は有利だが必須ではない。

給与

月額200,000円～300,000円

経験・知識・能力・資格等により優遇いたします。

Job Description

The ideal candidate is a skilled creative professional that thrives in a team environment. You will create the look, layout and features of our product tools, websites and landing pages. 

Candidate having a prior experience in either hospitality industry, any travel agency or any related field will be given preference.

Responsibilities

As a web designer for the head office in conjunction with business expansion you will be having reponsibilities (which include but are not limited) as follows:

• Designing the corporate website
• Creation, editing and design of Group hotels and ryokan websites
• Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences
• Continually improve and optimize user experience for sites
• Banner creation Image processing
• Collaborate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionally to help define a creative strategy
• SEO, SEM application in web design
• Other operations related to digital marketing

*Take independent responsibility to meet business requirements using your skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web design
• Proficient in Photoshop and other graphics tools (Illustrator, Image Ready, etc.)
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JQuery
• Understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design
• Experience using Google Analytics or any other Analysis tools / software preferred
• Knowledge of using Content Management Systems (CMS)

*NOTE: Native Level proficiency in Japanese is mandatory. English proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory

Salary

200,000 yen to 300,000 yen per month

We will give preferential treatment depending on experience, knowledge, ability, qualifications, etc.

Work Timings

Monday-Friday: 9:15~17:45 (1 hour break)

Saturday: 9:15~15:00 (1 hour break)

Salary Raise/Bonus

Raise once a year in July
