Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Creative Studio Manager/Content Producer to oversee the daily operations and content production of our digital advertising agency's creative studio. In this role, you will manage the creative team's project assignments, resource allocation, and staff utilization, as well as overseeing the management of external productions and schedule management. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the studio's project assignments, resource allocation, and staff utilization
  • Oversee the production process of internal/external productions, including production timeline development and management.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to clients and the creative team
  • Ensure that all projects are executed to the highest standards
  • Manage the studio's resources, including equipment and supplies
  • Maintain a safe and productive working environment for all employees

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency or studio environment
  • Experience working with creative teams, clients, and external partners
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Asana or Smartsheet
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Fluent or minimum conversational language skill for both Japanese and English
