Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer engagement through social media, digital marketing, and traditional marketing channels
• Develop content and manage social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring that they are aligned with the brand guidelines
• Create and implement marketing campaigns including email marketing, direct mail, and print advertising
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and promotional programs that support sales objectives
• Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and compelling marketing materials that drive brand recognition and customer engagement
• Conduct market research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors
• Analyze campaign data and report on performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns are executed successfully
• Coordinate events and sponsorships to promote the brand and increase visibility in the market
• Ensure that all marketing materials are compliant with local laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
