Your Role
You will lead the UI/UX design area in the development projects of business systems, web services, and mobile applications. You will participate in projects together with project managers, consultants, and IT specialists to implement UI/UX design that enhances the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- UI/UX design for development projects
- Prototyping using design tools and follow-up on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript builds
- Project management in the design area
Qualifications
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience solving problems by design using design thinking or human-centered design insights on multiple projects
- At least 1 year of experience using one or more design tools (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch/inVision, etc.) on projects
- At least 3 years of experience in development projects
- Experience in team management
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience managing design project processes
- Experience in application operations
- Experience communicating with customers in specific industries to solve business problems
