Responsible for business development and generating sales from new and existing customers in a variety of industries. The candidate will be responsible for selling a mixed suite of SaaS tools from,, and and must be capable of generating new business by:

  1. phone call, email, networking and other platforms;
  2. setting up meetings with customers
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets.
  • Continuously develop plans, promotional activities and strategies to draw in new industry segments.
  • Effectively communicate the company's products, services and promotions to customers.
  • Continuously build and maintain good relationships with customers, manage key accounts and repeat sales.
  • Manage customer inquiries and follow up on sales-related matters.
  • Hunt, identify and grow opportunities within industries (this includes but not limited to IT/SaaS, AI/Machine Learning, Publishers/Education Financial Institutions, Retail, FMCG, Travel, Airlines, Education, Technology & Telecommunications) and collaborate with the enterprise sales team.
  • Develop new partnerships that are beneficial as a sales channel or from a marketing and branding perspective.


The Person

  • Diploma or Degree holder.
  • Native Japanese, adequate English proficiency to interact with global HQ.
  • Must be a hunter that can procure new business, with at least 3+ years of solid Sales experience. Preferred industry experience: Adtech, IT, SaaS, Software, Technology, E-commerce, Advertising Agency.
  • Business development experience with the ability to prospect and close new clients from zero.
  • Have a passion for sales and marketing, especially presentations in person and over the screen. Will need to facilitate both in-person and online meetings and must be comfortable constantly meeting new people.
  • Proven account management experience with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple products.
  • Able to generate new marketing ideas and sales strategies in order to achieve the sales target.
  • Able to multitask and make smart decisions when responding to urgent requests from clients.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with the ability to manage tasks and sales pipeline.
