Job Description

Senior Designer (Creative Group)

As a designer, you will collaborate with clients, strategy team, and other design team members in order to proactively generate ideas and put them into actual creative outcomes


Responsibilities

  • Create impressive and impacting visual experience for clients
  • Generate excellent ideas and transform them into design
  • Collaborate with other teams effectively
  • Based on creative brief and client’s business strategy, develop design concept and creative solutions
  • Build concepts and execute design/contents for in various types of media
  • To satisfy client’s creative needs in collaboration with other teams (Strategy, Verbal Identity, Sales) under the direction from Design/Creative Directors
  • Participate proactively in external creative activities for continuous selfdevelopment and inspiration acquisition

Qualifications

  • Excellency in design and idea generation
  • Willingness to work with various different types of industries (electronics, IT, Automotive, Finance, Real Estate, Medical…)
  • Conceptualization, holistic approach for creation
  • Software skill (Illustrator / Photoshop / In Design/ Office)
  • Experience in VI, Look & Feel system development
  • Motion, digital, 3D presentation tools
  • Language skills: Fluent Japanese, Business Level English (Presentation Materials preparations and excellent oral presentation skill is a plus )
  • Willingness to work as a team
