Job Description
Kabuk Style Inc. is on a mission to redefine the travel industry with a groundbreaking SaaS B2B2B platform that will serve both hotels and travel agencies. We are building this platform from the ground up to enable seamless interactions, data management, and integration for our partners worldwide. To achieve this, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of this innovative platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for our new SaaS B2B2B platform.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Work closely with senior leadership, presenting product updates, roadmaps, and business cases.
- Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and customer needs.
- Oversee integrations with third-party travel services, hotel systems, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure the platform meets industry demands.
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable, high-performance product.
- Innovate and find ways to optimize systems, improving efficiency and streamlining processes.
Qualifications
Must-have Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in technical product management
- 5+ years of experience in engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.)
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and technologies like load balancers, VMs, and serverless computing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
- Ability to manage technical trade-offs and make informed decisions based on business priorities
- An innovation mindset, always looking for ways to optimize and streamline processes
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Conversational proficiency in Japanese (N3-N2)
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry
- Experience building and scaling SaaS products
- Experience building self-service tools
- Ability to read SQL queries with 100+ lines
- Strong understanding of cloud security
- Located in Osaka, Tokyo, or Fukuoka
- Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field
- Previous experience working in startup environments

Working Conditions
- Salary: Annual remuneration: 8,000,000 - 10,000,000 JPY Compensation varies based on skills and experience.
- Job type: Contract Employee or Outsourcing contract / Final decision will be made based on mutual agreement
- Location: Fully remote
- Work hours: Fully flex
- Probation period: Contract employee: 6 months, outsourcing contract: 4 months
