Job Description
We are Kessaku, global co-ownership platform to own culturally/historically significant architectures as second homes. We are expanding our team and are looking for Photo-real 3D Visualization Designer to join us!
Experience (junior, mid-level, etc.): Mid-senior

Responsibilities
This Photo-real 3D Visualization Designer role will work on producing photo-real rendering of our architecture plans, which will be distributed across our digital products, web media and print magazines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in photo real rendering, visualization
- Experience in lighting and compositing into rendering
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as 3Ds max, Corona.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in the architecture and design industry is a plus
About the Company
Fed up with seeing old homes being demolished in Japan, we set up Kessaku (“masterpiece” in Japanese). We aim to protect heritage houses by offering shared ownership. We offer people the chance to buy a stake in a property from as little as 3000USD; depending on the amount they put in, co-owners would then be able to stay a certain number of days per year. The properties will be everything from a traditional Japanese house to an architect-designed home from the 1970s and Kessaku will take care of management and maintenance.
