About User Experience Design Team

As a designer, you will be assigned to a squad, where you will work closely with product managers and developers in a collaborative and open environment. Together, the squad will prioritize the importance of the challenge at hand, and everyone's opinions will be heard and valued in our flat organizational structure.
User Experience Design Team, as a centralized operations team we provides guidance, mentorship, and critiques throughout the design process. Additionally, we offer guidelines and materials to ensure consistency in design across the entire organization.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Japan team and help enhance the user experience of our web and app platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive designs that help our user to solve their problem. You will also collaborate with our marketing team to develop compelling design materials that effectively communicate our brand's message and value proposition.
