Job Description
L7V is looking for a hungry, entrepreneurial operator to work directly with the founder of our firm to create inspirational and educational content watched by millions of entrepreneurs every month.
You’ll take on the most important role in the company, directly owning our content production system as well as helping with day-to-day operations on our various business and investment units.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of in-person and remote hours.
You’ll have opportunities to meet some of the world's leading experts in business, travel to exotic locations, and learn directly from our founder and his world-class network.
This is a role with serious upside – as the firm grows our founder will be actively helping you grow and develop into a top-level leader.

Responsibilities
As our Creatives Ops Lead & Strategist, you’ll own three core domains:
1. Content & Brand Leadership
- Manage all media production from concept to publishing on core social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn
- Own all media metrics and rapidly iterate to improve performance on KPIs and hit performance goals
- Hire, outsource, and manage creative talent as needed to produce content
2. Business Operations
- Help design, launch, and manage mentorship programs for high-growth entrepreneurs
- Arrange and coordinate subject matter experts and manage a community of thriving entrepreneurs
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to support business goals
3. Systems & Operations
- Streamline workflows and project management to maximize leverage on our founder’s time
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met and quickly deal with any blockers
- Maintain a rapid pace of innovation and high-quality bar for all operations. This role sets the standards and holds others accountable
Qualifications
- Fluent/native level English. Bonus points for Japanese, though not required
- 3–5 years of experience in startups, content production, ops, or brand strategy
- Proficiency with AI tools and project management systems
- Familiar with creative tools such as Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.
- Passionate about content creation and entrepreneurship. Bonus points if you’ve ever made social media content or understand content strategy
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, calm under pressure, and willing to work hard to make a big impact
- Growth mindset. We don’t expect you to know everything day one but we do expect you to learn
