Job Description

Our Product team is the backbone of both our Agency and Studio. It is responsible for managing the client relationship, collaborating with all our other teams, building the product strategy, owning project deliverables and storytelling, and quality assurance.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of community
  • Clearly define and communicate product features and vision
  • Shape and lead projects end-to-end, including client relationship and deliverables (user stories, roadmaps, strategy briefs, ...)
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop new products and services
  • Lead the experience required to deliver on project objectives
  • Help keep Late Checkout teams on track and in sync
  • Showcase through influence and not authority
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair Late Checkout's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
  • Flexibly work across both our startup Studio and client-facing Agency
  • Level up our product team's skills and culture
  • Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans
  • Work strategically with other team members on special projects

  • Own the entire lifecycle of product development from user research, design, and requirements definition to launch, analysis, and optimization

  • Understand our customers and business holistically to ensure the correct prioritization and trade-offs are made on the product roadmap
  • Outstanding project planning, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Excellent ability in creating core product management documentation (including user stories, business requirements, KPIs, wireframes, ...)
  • Bias for practicality

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of product management experience
  • Passionate about WEB3, the crypto ecosystem, and community-based products
  • Experience with C-level presentation and decision making
