To define the local brand strategy in the local market in line with the international brand positioning; contribute to growth by driving new product launches and pillar products

  • Implement new product launches and to maintain growth of pillar products
  • Manage product portfolio to contribute to the brand business and development
  • Contribute to local adaptation of advertisement and analyze media recommendation
  • Propose, implement and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital /Ebiz/Retail/Medical) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Develop in-depth understanding of consumer insights
  • Monitor local trends and feedback findings to regional or and global teams
  • Manage the budget and the financial implications of forecasts
  • Interact effectively with other departments and teams to support marketing strategies and objectives
  • Guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand - Translate the brand’s sense of purpose into product management


Must Have Aspects 必須項目

  • Marketing experience at least more than 3 years
  • Product knowledge and brand business know-how
  • Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment
  • Research and market data analysis
  • English

Preferred Qualification 希望項目

  • FMCG or cosmetic industry background
  • Financial knowledge (P&L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)
  • Advertising and media planning knowledge
