Role Summary
- Leading business application development
- Setup and Formalize Development repeatable model for project deliveries
- Engage with regional teams to understand definition of done from development delivery perspective and channelize its adoption and deliveries within project
- Engage with various project teams, communicate and establish execution plan
Responsibilities
- Work with various teams across projects to define and drive the development end to end
- Build solutions to define system specification
- Design and develop solutions that protect and manage policy administration system
- Share and review your innovation technical ideas with peers, high level technical contributors, and managers
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experiences (must have)
- Out of total experience minimum 5 years of extensive hands-on experience in system specification development
- Should have experience for working insurance domain with minimum 5 years
- Experience of working for policy administration system
- Experience of supporting technical teams size of 4-6
- Experience of interacting with business users and counterpart across markets/region/global
Must Have Experience
- Development system specification for policy administration system
- Project lead capabilities
- Japanese/English bilingual
- Experience of insurance company
Preferred
- Knowledge of single premium, life / annuity insurance is a plus
- Knowledge of Policy Admin System

Overtime
Around 15-20 hours per month
Salary
- Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.
- Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.
Working Hours
- Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Include 1 hour break. Flextime system available)
