Responsibilities

  • Planning & production of customer case studies, white papers, and other content tailored to customer needs
  • Event planning and management for new and existing clients
  • Planning and implementation of company website and external media exposure
  • Management and preparation of materials for external events
  • KPI design and ROI reporting for various measures

Qualifications

Must

  • At least 3 years of working experience in B2B marketing
  • Basic understanding of B2C marketing and CRM domain
  • Basic understanding of IT, SaaS business, ABM, lead nurturing, etc.
  • Experience in creating content such as customer case studies, white papers, etc.
  • Experience in planning and organizing venue-based events
  • Experience collaborating on projects with related departments that differ from the mission
  • Multi-tasking skills to work on multiple projects with simultaneous changes

Welcome

  • Experience in website traffic analysis, planning, and operations
  • Basic Wordpress, Hubspot, and GA4 operating skills
  • Experience working with external vendors/partners to create content and manage events
  • Good command of English at a conversational level to communicate with a global team
