Job Description

The Digital Account Executive facilitates Microsoft to better serve our SMC-Corporate managed clients realize their potential and help them on their Digital Transformation journey. The Account Executive adds value by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships that include building relationships with executives at the Chief-level (CxO) as well as other Business and Technical Decision Makers within the customers’ organizations. The Digital Account Executive has to effectively leverage all the digital tools and processes available and orchestrate the other members of the team to address customer needs and requirements. Additionally, the Digital Account Executive engages with Partners to be able to find the best solution that will address the customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales and customer satisfaction for assigned territories.
  • Develops territory strategies and assigns appropriate internal resources and partners to all customers
  • Help customers have a clear strategic vision for their digital transformation.
  • Leads the appropriate assignment of various internal and external members of the team to ensure that the deal progresses through a deep understanding of the customer's needs.
  • Mentor the team on how to leverage cutting-edge digital tools to plan, anticipate, and identify opportunities and maximize opportunity generation. Evaluate sales deals and translate them into customer solution-based scenarios.
  • Leverage internal resources to maximize up-sell and cross-sell deals and work with partners to deliver appropriate solutions aligned with customer business goals and IT initiatives.
  • Expand through partners by sharing opportunities to provide innovative solutions that drive new business in the marketplace. Spend time learning about key solutions and partners that can solve key business needs for your customers.
  • Gain solid knowledge of Microsoft's digital transformation offerings, cloud offerings, and leverage our training resources to earn valuable certifications.
  • Ensure your customers adopt our technology and drive consumption of our cloud offerings.
