Job Description
As a bilingual producer, you will be in charge of planning scheduling, project management, and handling client communications.
We welcome applicants based in Southern Tokyo, Kanagawa & Shonan Areas.
The range of work we handle is diverse, so it is ideal to have two or more areas of project management experience from among:
Design production, Video production, Social media management, Web development, SEO, PPC, Media buying or Public Relations
Qualifications
- Able to communicate with team members and clients in both fluent English and Japanese (Spoken & Written)
- 3-5 years of work experience in the above creative fields coordinating teams of artists / designers / programmers
- Can express your opinions and have open communications with team members and clients
- Able to manage multiple schedules and projects
- Able to plan client requirements to create stories & narratives
Some of the following technical skills are desirable, but not strictly required:
Copywriting, Drawing, Illustration, Graphic design, Video editing

Mozmene is an independent creative agency based in Kannai, Yokohama. We work for both domestic and multinational clients. Even though we're a small team, we are covering a wide range of services. Office environment is relaxed and flexible. Workflow is fast and streamlined.
Working Hours and Days
- 10:00 to 19:00 including 1 hour break (8-hour workdays)
- 2 Holidays/ Week
Working Style
- Hybrid 3 Days / week (after 3 months Probation)

Salary
Annual salary of ¥4,000,000 ~ ¥4,500,000 JPY (Negotiable based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
