Job Description

Lead Creative Producer will be responsible for overseeing creative direction, developing creative strategies, leading integrated marketing communication planning, designing new product experiences and services through design and creative methods.

Our clients span global CPG brands, corporate ventures, early-stage technology startups, and global venture platforms that invest in and cultivate next-generation innovations, where we see the potential to accelerate growth through the power of creativity.


Qualifications

Application Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency

Applicants must meet one of the following:

  • 5+ years of account management or content production experience at an advertising/ creative agency
  • 3+ years of experience at a strategy or IT consulting firm

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant eld or equivalent experience
  • Experience in production and execution within specic domains such as TV commercials, OOH, digital advertising, websites, and videos
  • Experience collaborating with creators and designers to produce high-quality outputs
