Responsibilities

• Collect AI related requirements from internal or external departments and provide the analysis
• Participate in the High-level design
• Data collection and cleaning. The data can be PCAPs, Alarms, KPI, CDR, CHR, Logs etc
• Pre-train large foundation model with vast amount of collected data
• Fine-tune AI model based on the pre-trained foundation model and task-specific data
• Design and implement the API for AI model and applications
• Design and implement Web application that utilize the AI model

Qualifications

• Business English and conversational Japanese (JLPT N3 or better preferred)
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, mechatronics or related technical field
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Science, ML, and/or AI, programming with Python or Java/C++
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Experience with pre-training large AI model and fine-tuning AI model for task-specific application
• Experience with ML, deep learning, Tensor Flow, Python, NLP
• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations
• Experience with Transformer/BERT/GPT Model
• Experience with Web application developed with Java/Nodejs
