Job Overview 

We are looking for a strong and curious Digital Project Manager interested in collaborating with a growing Experience team and integrated Creative teams in Tokyo. 
We are looking for talent that can deliver service design, website and mobile strategy, UX/visual design and development, product design and strategy projects. Even better if you have platform implementation experience. 


Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities 

A Digital Project Manager plans, organizes and executes projects from start to finish.

They estimate, scopes and create project plans for internal and external teams and meets with clients to understand needs, determine specifications, coordinate planning and partner with the team to deliver an operationally strong, strategically strong and commercially strong plan.

Collaboration, interpersonal skills and an eye for detail are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with the Experience Strategy, Account, Technical and Creative teams. You’re a project leader and help to bridge “what’s possible” to “what can be real.”


Core Duties 

  • Design, develop, and manage methodology and process throughout the project.  
  • Anticipate and manage risk before, during and after the project.
  • Develop accurate and informed scopes of work including schedules and budgets, and with regard to client and agency needs/expectations.  
  • Commercially strong proposal building and project management and tracking.
  • Resourcing talented teams to address the business problem at hand.
  • Find opportunities to improve the project management process and take initiative to make them happen. 

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of driving interactive digital projects
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to excel in a rapid development environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English for multiple audiences (successful candidate will be client-facing immediately) 
  • Ability to help manage internal and external teams and projects within a fast-paced environment
