Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational plans for business platforms, including setting up and maintaining relevant application environments.
- Perform daily system maintenance, including configuration management, data backup and disaster recovery, monitoring, emergency response, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the security of servers, databases, and networks by identifying and resolving vulnerabilities.
- Organize and maintain operational documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 3 years of system operations experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architecting, deploying, and maintaining cloud services such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
- Proficient in configuring and managing Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes clusters, including high availability and load balancing.
- Familiar with at least one scripting language such as Shell, Python, or Go.
- Experienced in configuring, optimizing performance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and backing up databases like Redis, MongoDB, and MySQL.
- Familiar with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline construction and management.
- Strong team communication and collaboration skills, self-motivation, and a passion for technology. Ability to handle work pressure effectively.
Candidates with the following experiences will be given priority:
- Experience in large-scale business operations.
- Involvement in the construction and operation of financial systems.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology.
- Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or above.
