Participates in research projects in support of global primary research plan
Develops and designs customer behavior data and data base that will support business strategy and tactics within the organization
Consults, educates, reports and presents to senior level management, executive, and strategy teams
Leverage internal data by using SAS , Tableau, and other global and local data pull tools in daily operation and task
Provides clear and actionable reporting regarding consumers and markets which connect to global strategy development
Educates QVC managers and executives about customer behavior and purchase trend affecting the business
Supports MOR, monthly and quarterly competitive retail sales reporting, and quarterly trends for Programming, investor meetings, Industry News, and global business analyses
Creates analysis on QVC customer’s behavior and trends analysis including recommendations for actions and next steps
Regularly presents analysis and new business direction ideas to senior management, executive and strategy teams
Champions organization-wide knowledge sharing and creates and promotes collaborative tools to socialize competitive and consumer information trends
Serves as customer behavior watchdog: Creates and monitors process for daily review and synthesis of ongoing campaigns, consumer engagement programs, sales data factors to anticipate threats or opportunities for the long-term business strategy
Engaging with stakeholders across a range of seniorities and disciplines to ensure decisions are data-driven and driven by insight
Take a strong role in the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful analytics, to drive forward the decisions within the Marketing Team, to ensure we are improving efficiency through data led decisions
Designs overall customer development plan, inputs into the forecasting, budgeting and growth projection and maps progress.
