The Team
Our co-founders are from top companies in Japan and the world such as NRI, Keyence, LINE, Microsoft, and PwC. They were selected as 「FORBES 30 UNDER 30 ASIA LIST」 in 2023 . In our Engineering & Product team, we have members from more than 16 countries and they come from top tech companies in the world such as Google, Microsoft, Indeed, and famous tech companies in Japan such as Mercari, LINE, Yahoo, Smartnews, etc.
Responsibilities
You will primarily focus on executing manual regression tests and preparing detailed test reports to ensure the quality of our web-based B2B platform. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining product stability and reliability.
- Performing manual regression testing to verify system functionality.
- Documenting and reporting bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Preparing concise test reports that summarize testing outcomes.
- Collaborating with engineers to address and validate reported issues.
Qualifications
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in development or QA at a business company.
- Experience testing web-based applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document issues clearly.
- Fluent Japanese and Business Level English for communication and reporting.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with test management tools: Qase.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- ISTQB/JSTQB Foundation Level certification.
- QA experience in the sales industry or SaaS products.
- Basic knowledge of API testing or test automation tools (optional).

Remote Work
We’re remote friendly. We use Zoom and Meet, and recently introduced the virtual office platform Gather to maintain both the quality and quantity of communication while working remotely, ensuring smooth development and operations.
