Job Description
Applications for this position will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Our focus is to develop groundbreaking tools and services by applying AI to data science. As such, our team works on exploratory and challenging projects, from research and development to the innovation of new services through the utilization of our research results.
The primary focus of your role will be to accelerate research in the exploration of new AI applications for data science in collaboration with research scientists and software engineers. You will therefore be involved in software development for research experiments and in prototyping for the exploration of potential new applications of our research findings.
Responsibilities
- Apply your software engineering expertise to design, develop, and implement research experiment codes and prototyping software.
- Manage software development cycles for a software development team and produce technical deliverables as required.
- Collaborate with researchers to develop new features or improve existing ones.
- Actively participate in technical discussions as necessary.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, or a similar technical field of study.
- Experience with software design and development, obtained through either a degree or applied experience.
- Experience leading software development teams.
- Implementation skills in Python.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing your skillset to an industrial project in machine learning.
- Past involvement in the launch of new services.
