Job Description
Marketing Campaign Manager is a key player in creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with food enthusiasts and enhance the company's branding. This role involves orchestrating various campaigns, including new feature launches and collaborations with partner companies, to effectively engage the target audience. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, Marketing Campaign Manager ensures that each campaign aligns with the company's overall marketing strategy and contributes to its growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a wide range of marketing campaigns, including new product features, collaborations with partners, and branding initiatives, to engage food enthusiasts and promote the company's image.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, sales, design, PR, and data analysis, as well as external agencies, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies and tailor messaging to resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor and assess the performance of campaigns, gathering insights from various sources to make data-driven adjustments and optimize results.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of campaign messaging across all marketing channels, including social media, advertising and so on.
- Serve as a key liaison between the marketing department and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication to achieve campaign objectives.
Qualifications
An ideal candidate would have
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry and the preferences of food enthusiasts.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies.
Preferred
- Experience in collaborating with external partners and managing cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and data-driven campaign optimization techniques.

- The start and end times are left to the discretion of the worker.
(Flexible Time (Start): 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM, (End): 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Core Time: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM)
Work Style
- Overtime: 10 to 20 hours per month (varies by job type and season)

- Full Two-Day Weekend System: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
