仕事内容

TCSインタラクティブのデザインチームメンバーとして、顧客体験を重視したサービス及びプロダクトのデザインに携わり、本質的な課題解決を行います。国内外のクライアントが抱える問題を、東京及び世界のTCSオフィスのデザイナーやエンジニアとともに解決します。

責任

• Webサイト及びアプリケーションのコンセプトデザイン,デザインシステム
  の定義、魅力的かつ分かりやすい画面デザインの作成
• デザインリサーチ及びユーザビリティテストの計画・実施
• 他部署のメンバーやクライアント側の専門家、オフショアのデザイン
• 開発チームとの協働
• ワイヤーフレームの製作
• ステークホルダーインタビューを含むユーザー調査への参加
• デザインシンキングワークショップやプロトタイピングのサポート、及び顧客への提案活動 ・経験の少ないUXデザイナーのプロジェクトにおける指導、サポート、及び成果物のレビュー

資格

必須スキル

• Webサイト（PC/スマートフォン）のUXデザイン経験5年
  以上
• モバイルアプリケーション（iOS、Android）デザイン経験
• Figma /Keynote / AdobeCCの使用経験
• デザイン意図の言語化およびクライアントへのプレゼンテーション
• デザイン（プロダクト、サービス、グラフィック）の学部または修士課程を修了していること

歓迎スキル

• Sketch、Miro、Office365の使用経験
• HTML5、CSS3、JavaScriptなどの

コーディング経験

• アプリケーション開発におけるエンジニアとの協業経
  験
• 英語、多言語化環境での業務経験
• 中型案件のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• UIデザインの経験

言語

• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語日常会話レベル

Job Description

As a member of TCS Interactive's design team, you will be involved in designing services and products with a focus on customer experience and solving essential problems. You will work with designers and engineers from TCS offices in Tokyo and around the world to solve problems faced by clients in Japan and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual design of websites and applications, definition of design systems, and creation of attractive and easy-to-understand screen designs
• Plan and conduct design research and usability testing
• Collaborate with members of other departments, client-side experts, offshore designers, and development teams
• Collaborate with development teams
• Produce wireframes
• Participate in user research, including stakeholder interviews
• Support design thinking workshops and prototyping, as well as proposal activities for clients - Mentor, support, and review deliverables for less experienced UX designers on projects

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in website (PC/Smartphone) UX design
• Mobile application (iOS, Android) design experience
• Experience with Figma /Keynote / AdobeCC
• Ability to verbalize design intent and present to clients
• Completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree in design (product, service, graphic)

Welcome Skills

• Experience with Sketch, Miro, Office365
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.
  Coding experience
• Experience working with engineers in application development
• Experience working in an English and multilingual environment
• Project management experience for medium-sized projects
• UI design experience

Language

• Native level of Japanese and daily conversation level of English
