Job Description

We're looking for a GenAI Specialist (Generalist) to join our team. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of our generative AI models, helping them become powerful tools for various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Train and refine AI models to generate high-quality text formats, including writing different creative text formats, and answering your questions in an informative way.
• Craft compelling prompts to guide the AI model and unlock its full potential.
• Evaluate and rate AI-generated content in various languages, including tasks for general and domain-specific categories.
• Analyze user prompts (questions, instructions, statements) and compare the resulting generative responses to other sources, such as 3P (production, preparation, and process) output and rewrites. You'll then assess and identify which response is most accurate, helpful, and relevant.
• Provide reasoned evaluations across various parameters, including factuality, relevance, sentiment match, language usage, and side-by-side comparisons.
• Collaboration with Operations leads to optimize internal data annotation tools for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to identify and troubleshoot software issues, contributing to feature testing and workflow enhancements.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Strong written communication skills: Proficiency in grammar, style, and editing. Experience adapting to different writing styles and complex labeling protocols is a plus.
• Technical aptitude: Familiarity with AI concepts and a comfort level working with cutting-edge technology.
• Multilingual ability: Fluency in the target language and the ability to evaluate content in additional languages and/or English is a strong asset.
• Analytical mind: Ability to assess information critically, identify limitations, and discern nuances in AI-generated text.
• Problem-solving skills: Resourcefulness in identifying and addressing software bugs and performance issues.
• Team player: Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and operations professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a field with a strong emphasis on written communication.
• Excellent command of the target language.
• Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in additional languages and English
• Completion of a liberal arts degree program focused on writing (Journalism, Literature, Linguistics, Communication, etc.).
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Professional translation & Professional writing (copywriting, journalism, technical writing, etc.)
