Responsibilities

In this opportunity as Marketing Specialist (Legal Contents Business), you will:

  • Plan, manage, operate, and execute various events and seminars. Collect post-execution surveys, analyze customer trends, and maintain the PDCA cycle by planning more effective events for subsequent occurrences.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and market impacts, proactively providing stakeholders with feedback on market insights and their implications for marketing activities.
  • Gather, manage, analyse, and disseminate relevant information to amplify the customer voice within the organization.
  • Oversee the selection of subcontractors required for marketing activities, ensuring the appropriateness of outsourcing, adherence to activity scopes, and maintenance of work quality.
  • Maintain and oversee the management of the website, advertising, Internet marketing, promotions, events, email, and direct mail tools.
  • Develop & create marketing contents encompassing various thematic areas, such as products, industries, topical issues, use cases, and legal topics.

Qualifications

You're a fit for the role of Marketing Specialist (Legal Contents Business) if your background includes:

  • 3 + years of demonstrated background in marketing department operations, sales experience us a huge plus
  • Good communication skills with both internal/external stakeholders
  • Experience in using marketing and sales management tools. Proficient operation of PC systems, with preference given to candidates experienced in Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
  • Native level of Japanese language with business level of English (TOEIC score of 600 or above, or proven experience in utilizing English in a professional context.)
