As a Marketing Graphic Designer within the Marketing Communications (MarCom) team, your creativity will be essential in shaping the visual aspects of our marketing materials. You will translate marketing strategies into compelling visuals that capture attention, communicate effectively, and drive engagement across digital and print mediums. Collaborating closely with MarCom, you will be pivotal in upholding a cohesive brand image across various platforms, from social media, websites, brochures, to other campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create relevant content for our owned-media and earned media, spanning websites, blogs, newsletters, concept documents, social media, internal projects, and offline marketing materials, targeting a diverse global audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content needs and ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
- Develop engaging presentations to communicate marketing strategies and campaigns clearly to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a library of design assets and templates for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, email marketing templates, and social media graphics to ensure brand consistency.
- Formulate creative strategies for digital presence in line with our marketing communication goals.
- Address marketing challenges with designs that are both on-brand and effective in achieving business goals.
- Produce environmental designs for events and trade shows, including booth designs, signage, and branded promotional items to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Innovate and experiment with new design techniques to continually refresh and uphold our brand’s integrity and consistency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design, branding, communications, journalism, or related fields.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in marketing content or web design-related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, and more), and figma.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to transform complex technical/business concepts into clear, concise, and creative content for technical and non-technical audiences proactively.
- Ability to organize and share assets internally in a visually appealing manner. ・DTP skills for on-demand assets.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English.

- Experience with 3D computer graphics and rendering
- Background in the tech industry or startup environment
